The Healing Map Intensive

During the Healing Map Intensive, I'll help you put together your own Healing Map, focusing on the next best step for you to address the root cause of fatigue, mood issues, brain fog and other long-standing chronic health issues.

  • 90 minute session to address specific health concerns and create a Healing Map
  • PLUS: 45 minute follow up session to track progress and make sure you're on the right track

    The Healing Journey: 4 Session Package

    This package is best for those who need more long term support in addressing chronic health issues. 

    Here's What's Included:

    • 90 minute session to address specific health concerns and create a Healing Map
    • PLUS: Three 45-60 minute follow up sessions to track progress and make sure you're on the right track
    • Up to 6 months of Email support

    I am a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor (CFNC) and Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner (FNLP), certified through the Functional Nutrition Alliance. In addition, I am a trauma-informed practitioner and hold a certificate as a Mastery Level Biology of Trauma Advanced Provider, a mentorship program overseen by Dr. Aimie Apigian of Trauma Healing Accelerated.  Through this program, I’ve coached men and women from across the globe to address their trauma-based physiology using a unique approach that addresses the nervous system, biology, and builds in lifestyle practices that allow my clients to take a multi-faceted approach to owning their healing journey.

    Why Work With Me?

    Working with a health coach can make all the difference between making progress on your healing journey and staying stuck, spinning your wheels, and bouncing from one thing to the next, feeling frustrated that things aren’t changing. A health coach acts as a guide on your journey, identifying and addressing areas that are often overlooked, even by other health professionals. 

    I’ve worked with men and women from around the globe and from all walks of life  to help support them in reaching their health goals. My areas of expertise include fatigue, gut health, detoxification, hormone balance, and support for thyroid and adrenal health.

    My functional, root-cause, trauma-informed approach allows me to work with clients in a truly holistic way, leaving no stone unturned as we journey through your healing path together. My goal is not just to give you recommendations for addressing your top health concerns, but to help you take ownership of your health, understanding your unique mind-body type and bringing clarity and awareness to the factors that impact your health. 

    It is truly my pleasure and my passion to help women understand the underlying causes of their current health issues and help them feel their best. I’m honored that you are considering working with me and want to assure you that helping you feel your best is my priority in our work together.

    What Can You Expect?

    Before your session, you will be sent a health assessment form to complete which will ask for more details about your health history, current symptoms and concerns, your health goals, and any other relevant information. I will use this information to prepare for our session together, putting together a detailed and personalized protocol to help you move forward on your wellness journey in a straightforward manner that will save you time and energy trying to figure things out for yourself. I may recommend specific lab testing when indicated, however, I try to minimize the use of lab testing to what is truly needed as I want you to make the best use of your time and money. Any lab testing is optional and at your own discretion. 

    When we meet, I will review your health assessments with you and go over the protocol I have put in place for you, clarifying any needed information. You will also have time to ask questions and get needed feedback so you can feel confident moving forward. At the end of the session, I will finalize the personal recommendations and send you a detailed plan to move forward that will include dietary, herbs, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations. You will be able to check in with me via email between sessions and schedule your follow-up session at your convenience.
